    The Keep Track G70 Bluetooth® GPS Tracker is a rugged, compact, waterproof tracking device now available as a Bluetooth® Gateway to connect temperature sensors, beacons, and tags with Bluetooth driver ID, which is available within the Keep Track GPS Telematics App, available on Android and iPhone.

    Yes, a GPS tracker can be detected—but how easy it is to detect depends on the type of tracker and how it's installed.
    Here’s a quick rundown.

    How GPS Trackers Can Be Detected!

    Physical Inspection

    • Hidden trackers (especially battery-powered or magnetic ones) can be found by checking under the vehicle, behind the dashboard, inside wheel wells, or under seats.
    • A professional sweep can find hardwired units, too.

    RF (Radio Frequency) Detectors

    • Some trackers emit radio signals when they transmit location data
    • RF detectors (bug detectors) can pick up these signals, but only when the tracker is actively sending data.
    • Skilled users or professionals can sweep for these signals.

    GPS Jammers & Blockers ( illegal in Australia)

    While they don’t "detect" the tracker, some people try to block the signal. This is against the law and can interfere with emergency services.

    Mobile Apps or Scanners

    These typically don’t detect trackers unless the GPS tracker uses Bluetooth or Wi-Fi and broadcasts nearby (e.g., some asset or personal trackers).
