Create your account. Before you start, you’ll need to have the following on hand:
Your ZOLEO device
Credit card
Two (2) emergency (SOS) contacts and one (1) check-in contact (name, phone number, and email)
Input your ZOLEO device information, then pick an email address for your ZOLEO device and select the home country for your ZOLEO SMS number.
Pick your prefered ZOLEO messaging plan, then input your SOS and Check-In contact details.
Input your credit card details, and your ZOLEO will be ready to use in just a few minutes. We’ll send you an email when your device is activated on the Iridium satellite network.
Using the ZOLEO app, connect to your ZOLEO device via Bluetooth. When doing so, if you don’t have Wi-Fi or cellular access, ensure the device has an unobstructed line of sight to the sky to connect via satellite.
Go outside and send a test message (ensuring the device logo is facing up and has an unobstructed view of the sky)
