Stay Connected with SMS Notifications

When an alert is triggered (e.g. pressing the SOS button), the device can send a GPS location SMS to the first four contacts, including name, time, date, and coordinates. This helps your trusted contacts know where you are and how to reach you.

Optional Call Sequence Feature

The device can automatically call your contacts in a set order. If the first contact doesn’t answer, the next is dialled—up to 8 numbers total. When someone answers, two-way voice chat is available via the built-in speaker and mic.

Fall Detection (Optional Feature)

The fall detection setting uses motion sensors to detect a potential fall. A visual and audio prompt allows the user to cancel the alert. If not cancelled, the pendant will send location updates and follow the pre-set call sequence.

Depending on usage, we recommend about 60 minutes daily. Factors affecting battery consumption are programmed options, usage, and cell signal strength.

◄How does Automatic Fall Detection work?

Automatic Fall Detection in Keep Track Personal Alarm uses an Accelerometer to detect rapid movement followed by a sudden stop, which may indicate a fall. If a false alarm is triggered, the personal alarm allows the user to cancel it by pressing the SOS button. The technology isn’t perfect, and all falls are unique, so false alarms or missed detections can happen. For your safety, it’s always best to press and hold the SOS button in an emergency rather than relying solely on fall detection.

Yes, the devices work best on the Telstra and Optus mobile networks. You can use any provider that offers services on these networks. Please be aware that if using a prepaid SIM, you should monitor the credit and expiry times.
