Dart 3 OBD2 Extension Cable

There are situations where a hardwired installation may not be suitable, e.g., a temporary installation or waiting for an auto electrician appointment. This is when our Dart 3 OBD2 adapter cable can be handy. These adapters are sold separately.

Hard-wired GPS Accessories For The Dart3 BLE

Using the adapters does not require the assistance of an auto electrician or mechanic. One end goes into the vehicle's OBD2 Port (please check the Vehicle's manual if you can't find these ports). The other end snaps into the Dart3 housing; no tools are involved. Emulated Ignition Only.

OBD2 Cables, Splitters, And Extenders

Staff Tip: When using these adapters, the Dart3's Ignition wire is not connected to the vehicle.

The harness options provide power to the device. Only an Emulation Ignition can be used. This is when the ignition is set based on movement, which may not be as foolproof as a hardwired ignition.
