Battery percentage, signal strength, time, and date are all shown on the LCD screen.
Shows additional basic notifications such as [SOS], [Fall] Alerts, and Cancelled Alerts. Additionally, you can change the volume for two-way calling. You can choose any of the eight emergency contacts by pushing the side buttons. Perfect for calling family or friends, etc. Now equipped with audio prompts, your Life Alert GPS tracking alarm will text the first four pre-programmed contacts. The username, time, date, and GPS position are included in the alert SMS message and can be used to find the user. Next, it will start calling your contacts in the order determined by the programming, utilising the built-in speaker and microphone to have a two-way chat until someone responds.

How Does The Fall Detection Pendant Work?

When the SOS button is pressed or a fall has been detected, your KTGPS Life Alert will send an SMS (including an emergency GPS location) to the first four contacts before calling them. Your Life Alert alarm then calls your emergency contact #1. If contact #1 answers, they will hear on their phone, "Press 1 on your phone keypad to continue." This message will play up to three times until #1 is pressed on the phone keypad.
If #1 is not pressed after the third time, the call will automatically disconnect, and emergency contact #2 will receive the next call.
If the call gets diverted to the voicemail service, the intuitive software will hang up after 25 seconds and continue calling your subsequent contacts.
This sequence will repeat through your contacts - up to 8 emergency contacts until someone answers their phone. Two-way voice communication is then possible between the user and the contact.

Medical Alarm Pendant With Fall Detection

If a fall is detected, an audio prompt and the word "FALL" will appear on the LED screen. [ A fall has been detected, press the SOS button to cancel.] The device will begin to beep, allowing the user to cancel the fall alert before issuing the SMS and call. The wearer can stop the alarm sequence by pushing the SOS button.

Speed Dial up to 8 Contacts

You no longer need to bring along a second mobile phone. Pressing the side buttons, you can navigate your contact list on the LED screen, including Contact Names. This is ideal for making phone calls to loved ones. The Pendant may also be reached by phone using its mobile number. It can be set up to answer calls automatically after three rings or by pressing the button on the side. Remember to end the call to avoid incurring additional fees.

FAQ -Personal Alarm Frequently Asked Questions?

    What is the Warranty Period?
One year from the date of purchase.
If you experience any problems with your mobile alarm, contact us during office hours, Monday - Friday AWST ON 08 6147 0747.
How often should my personal alarm be charged?
Depending on usage, we recommend about 60 minutes daily. Factors affecting battery consumption are programmed options, usage, and cell signal strength.
    What is a geofence?
A geo-fence is a virtual boundary set for a specific location. It helps define areas where personal alarm users should stay, often at home or other frequently visited places. An alert can be triggered if the user leaves or enters the designated area. This feature mainly benefits individuals at risk of wandering, providing added safety and peace of mind.
How does Automatic Fall Detection work?
Automatic Fall Detection in Keep Track Personal Alarm uses an Accelerometer to detect rapid movement followed by a sudden stop, which may indicate a fall. If a false alarm is triggered, the personal alarm allows the user to cancel it by pressing the SOS button. The technology isn’t perfect, and all falls are unique, so false alarms or missed detections can happen. For your safety, it’s always best to press and hold the SOS button in an emergency rather than relying solely on fall detection.
Can I use my own SIM Card in the Keep Track Personal Alarm?
Yes you can, the devices work best on the Telstra and Optus mobile networks. You can use any provider that offers services on these networks. Please be aware that if using a prepaid SIM, you monitor the credit and expiry times. At Keep Track, we can provide a managed SIM for your mobile alarm, so you never have to worry about expiry times or credit again.
