Our global GPS devices provide a reliable and comprehensive worldwide connectivity solution supported by established networks and existing roaming agreements.
Beyond location data, select devices in our global range enhance asset monitoring by tracking conditions, integrating Bluetooth tags and sensors, and offering inputs/outputs for advanced monitoring solutions. These global GPS trackers also provide tracking at user-defined intervals, while recovery mode provides real-time visibility in case of loss or theft.
CAT-1 bis (Category 1 bis) is a variation of LTE (Long-Term Evolution) specifically designed to support IoT (Internet of Things) and M2M (Machine-to-Machine) applications. It is an evolution of LTE CAT-1 but optimized for lower-cost, lower-power, and simpler devices.
Unlike LTE CAT-1, which requires two antennas for MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple Output), CAT-1 bis works with just one antenna, reducing hardware costs and complexity.
It is designed for better power efficiency, making it suitable for battery-powered IoT applications.
It supports a downlink speed of 10 Mbps and an uplink speed of 5 Mbps, making it ideal for IoT applications that need more bandwidth than NB-IoT or LTE-M but don't require full LTE speeds.
CAT-1 bis can operate on existing LTE networks, making it widely available across different regions.
It is well-suited for applications like GPS tracking, smart meters, fleet management, remote monitoring, and connected wearables.
